1969 Baron Boys Gymnastics finished with 1 state-ranked gymnast: Steve Titshaw (4th, Trampoline).

1969 Baron Girls Gymnastics finished 2nd in state. The team featured Martha Shults (1st, Vault; 3rd, Tumbling; 4th, Beam; 4th, All Around), and Gwen Mullins (2nd, Floor Exercise; 4th, Tumbling). The team also won the county championship.

1970 Baron Boys Gymnastics

1970 Baron Girls Gymnastics finished with 1 state-ranked gymnast: Gwen Mullins (2nd, Tumbling).

1971 Baron Boys Gymnastics

1971 Baron Girls Gymnastics finished 5th in state.  The team featured Gwen Mullins (3rd, Floor Exercise), Corrine Van Houten (4th, Floor Exercise) and Debbie Strycula (4th, Uneven Parallel Bars). The team also finished 2nd in county.

1972 Baron Boys Gymnastics finished 4th in state. The team featured Kenny Fields (2nd, Rings), Ron Greiner (3rd, All Around; 4th, Floor) and Gino Zamoscinski (4th, Side Horse).

1972 Baron Girls Gymnastics finished with 2 state-ranked gymnasts: Laura Greiner (3rd, Beam) and Caryn Russell (3rd, Vault).

1973 Baron Boys Gymnastics finished 2nd in state. The team featured Pete Alexander (1st, Trampoline; 2nd, Long Horse; ), Phil Manson (2nd, Trampoline), Eddie McCormick (3rd, All Around; 3rd, Side Horse), Stacy Morgan, (4th, Trampoline) and Tim Lodzinski (4th, Side Horse). They also finished 2nd in county.


1973 Baron Girls Gymnastics finished with state-ranked gymnast: Laura Harden (4th, Uneven Parallel Bars).

1974 Baron Boys Gymnastics won the state championship by 5 points. The team featured Pete Alexander (1st, Long Horse; 2nd, Trampoline), Phil Manson (1st, Trampoline), Andy Alexander (2nd, Long Horse), Kent Everett (3rd, Side Horse), Stacy Morgan (3rd, Trampoline), Pat Jones (4th, Trampoline), Tim Lodzinski (4th, All Around; 4th, Parallel Bars). They also won the county championship.

1977 Baron Boys Gymnastics won the state championship by 12 points. The team featured Mike Gary (1st, Floor Exercise; 2nd, All Around; 2nd, Rings; 2nd, Parallel Bars), Joel Rosenfeld (4th, All Around; 4th, Parallel Bars) and Boyd Harris (4th, Side Horse). They also won the county championship.

The team featured Mike Gary (1st, All Around; 2nd, Rings; 3rd, Floor; 3rd, Parallel Bars; 4th, Horizontal Bars), Phillip McWilliams (1st, Horizontal Bar; 4th, Parallel Bars), Ray Stainback (2nd, Floor Exercise), Ben Walker (2nd, Pommel Horse),  Ray Stainback (3rd, Vault).  They also won the county championship.

1979 Baron Boys Gymnastics won the state championship by 28 points (largest win margin in state tournament  in BHS history). The team featured Phillip McWilliams (1st, Rings; 2nd, All Around; 2nd, Parallel Bars; 3rd, Vault; 3rd, Horizontal Bar), Ray Stainback (1st, Floor Exercise; (2nd, Horizontal Bar), David Titshaw (1st, Horzontal Bar; 2nd, Vault), Ben Walker (2nd, Floor 2nd, Pommel Horse), Keith Taylor (2nd, Rings), and Ray Harris (4th, Parallel Bars). They also won the county championship.
