1960 Baron Wrestling

1961 Baron Wrestling placed 5th in state with five state-ranked wrestlers: Michael Godlewski (1st) Ray Harrelson (1st), Ronald Stripling (2nd), Julius Napoles (3rd) and Michael Swanson (3rd). 

1962 Baron Wrestling won the state championship by 50 points with 12 state-ranked wrestlers: Michael Godlewski (1st), William Harper (1st), Ray Harrelson (1st), Michael Swanson (1st), Larry Wiggins (2nd), Michael Norman (2nd), Julius Napoles (2nd), Allen Montgomery (2nd), Ronald Stripling (4th), James Reeves (4th), Alex Bothwell (4th) and Stephen Godlewski (4th).  BHS won the region championship and tied for the county championship.
1963 Baron Wrestling won the state championship by 41 points with nine state-ranked wrestlers: Stephen Godlewski (1st), Ray Harrelson (1st), Donnie Massey (1st), Michael Swanson (1st), Larry Wiggins (1st), Alex Bothwell (2nd), Bruce Jones (2nd), Kenneth Curl (3rd), Ronnie Griffis (3rd). BHS won the region championship the county championship.

1964 Baron Wrestling won the state championship by 13 points with seven state-ranked wrestlers: Kenneth Curl (1st), Steven Curl (1st), Ray Harrelson (1st), Donnie Massey (1st), Stephen Godlewski (3rd), Donald Jones (3rd) and Philip Houston (4th). BHS also won the region championship and the county championship
1965 Baron Wrestling won the state championship by 34 points with ten state-ranked wrestlers: Kenneth Curl (1st), Stephen Godlewski (1st), James Hope (1st), Eddie Kavelage (1st), Randy Lane (2nd), Alan North (2nd), Orie McKenzie (2nd), Larry Wiggins (3rd), John Thibadeu (4th) and Phillip Houston (4th). BHS also won the region championship and the county championship. 

1966 Baron Wrestling won the state championship by 15 points with seven state-ranked wrestlers: Larry Graham (1st), Ronnie Griffis (1st), Randy Lane (1st), Fred Crispen (2nd), Tom McConnell (2nd), Eddie Kavelage (3rd) and Clark Binkley (4th). BHS also won the region championship and the county championship


1967 Baron Wrestling won the state championship by 28 points with eight state-ranked wrestlers: Larry Graham (1st), Eddie Kavelage (1st), Randy Lane (1st), Billy Saville (1st), Hal Schanker (1st), Harry Hendrix (2nd), Clark Binkley (4th) and Leonard Thibadeu (4th). BHS won the region championship and the county championship.

1968 Baron Wrestling placed 5th in state with three state-ranked wrestlers: Jerry Goldstein (1st), Mark Helms (1st) and Leonard Thibadeu (4th).

1969 Baron Wrestling placed 10th in state with two state-ranked wrestlers: John Zamoscinski (1st) and Leonard Thibadeu (3rd).

1970 Baron Wrestling placed 9th in state with two state-ranked wrestlers: John Zamoscinski (1st) and Joey Cheshire (3rd). John Zamoscinski also won all 20 of his matches with pins

1971 Baron Wrestling placed 14th in state with one state ranked wrestler: Joey Cheshire (1st). 

1972 Baron Wrestling placed 5th in state with four state-ranked wrestlers: Mike Perkins (1st), Bobby Saville (2nd), Bob Dlubac (2nd) and Jim Jennings (3rd).

1973 Baron Wrestling placed 5th in state with three state-ranked wrestlers: Bobby Saville (1st), John Vining (1st) and Wes Helms (4th). BHS placed 1st in region, 2nd in county, and undefeated in the regular season. Bobby Saville was named Most Oustanding Wrestler in the State of Georgia and earned a wrestling scholarship (University of Florida), as did John Vining (Georgia Tech).

1974 Baron Wrestling placed 17th in state with two state-ranked wrestlers: Matt Martin (3rd) and David Paller (4th).

1975 Baron Wrestling placed 10th in state with two state-ranked wrestlers: Lance Mendel (3rd) and Jimmy Van Buren (4th).
